| OBJECTIVES | The above e-training course on “Case studies on Gas Flow meters calibration methods” discusses the influence of operating pressure and medium on calibration characteristics of Turbine flow meters used for Natural gas custody transfer application. If the gas meter is calibrated in a different media and other operating pressures, its influence on K-factor of the meter and method for representing the calibration data will be explained. The e-training course also covers the case studies on Diaphram Gas meters used for city gas service. The course also covers the validation methods as per AGA norms for gas metering installations using orifice plates and Turbine flow meters |
