Tenure: ONE year, extendable by a year at a time.
Nature of Job: Full-time engagement on contract basis
Education: 4-year full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civl Engineering from recognised University. Candidates with Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering after their Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering will be given preference.
Experience:

Retired personnel with 15 to 20 years of experience at Senior level such as Superintending Engineer/ Executive Engineer in State or Central Government services. OR

Job Profile at FCRI:

Planning and organizing construction works for roads and buildings,

Site supervision and monitoring of construction and maintenance of roads,fencing/walls, sumps, tanks and buildings

Monitor progress and initiate actions for on-time completion of works, review and take corrective actions on project execution to meet deadlines and time-schedules.

Conducting quality control checks and inspections, preparation of design and work schedules, undertake measurements on completed works and ongoing works (for updates)

Design of sumps & tanks, design for landscaping / site preparation, design for seismic qualification of buildings and structures, etc.

Preference will be given to Engineers who retired from Govt. service, and are well versed with procedures in government establishments for Works/Contract, preparation of Tender Documents, works completion measurements, billing, etc. in addition to above mentioned experience.

Job Profile of Opening at FCRI:

1.The experience criteria is considered as experience acquired post completion of the qualifying degree/diploma/ITI. Experience acquired prior to completing the educational qualification will not be considered. The Certificate in proof of Experience issued by employer alone will be considered.
2.Graduate/Diploma in Engineering: Industrial experience in concerned field relevant to the Engineering / trade including machine shop, test/calibration laboratory, Valves / flow measurement related technical activities, experience in Analytical / Technical software including in MATLAB/ LabVIEW, Data Analysis / Python programming, System Integration/ Servicing/ Installation & Commissioning works, Substation & Electrical infrastructure maintenance, etc,.
3.ITI Technician/Trainee shall have relevant experience in operation & maintenance of centralized air conditioners, Package ACs / Split-ACs, etc.
4.Graduate Executive Trainee:
a.Experience in good programming with skill / knowledge in PHP/HTML with SQL for Forms and Work Flow, Web page development, etc.
b.Experience in HR / Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management, Talent management, etc. Desirable: MBA or PGDBM in Finance / HR after graduation.
