Common Instructions for the posts of TRAINEE ENGINEERS (GRADUATE & DIPLOMA) vide Advertisement Number FCRI/P&A/2025-26/Engineering (Trainees)/001 dated 20.11.2025
1. The list of all candidates, both provisionally shortlisted and not shortlisted, has been published on the FCRI website and can be downloaded by clicking on the corresponding link in the following table.

2. E mails are being sent to all candidates (shortlisted/Not shortlisted) to the email address provided in the application form. Please note the allotted registration number against the name in the website for all future references.
3. Candidates ‘Not Shortlisted’ may submit their representations, if any, to careers@fcriindia.com latest by 04/04/2026 (05:30 PM) along with relevant documents duly mentioning their registration number, Name and Phone number as per application form. If the relevant documents as mentioned in the advertisement/application form are not submitted, the representation will be summarily rejected and no further communications in this regard will be entertained. The subject line of the email shall be: “Representation: Non Shortlisting- Opening for the (Name of the Post …..). Representations received after the specified date and time will not be considered.
4. Applications received after the deadline of 30/12/2025 (05:45 PM, including a grace period of 15 minutes) have been automatically rejected and are not included in either the shortlisted or non-shortlisted lists. Similarly, Applications not submitted in the proper format are summarily rejected. No communication or submissions in this regard will be entertained.
5. Those Candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted shall ensure they are meeting the minimum eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement. The provisional Shortlisting is subject to submission of relevant documents during the selection process.
6. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the institute website (www.fcriindia.com/careers) for further updates. All communications to the candidates including Admit Card will be sent through the email address provided in their application form only.
7. Date of test will be informed in due course.
